COURSE CANCELATION DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY

1. Cancelations received before 10 days of the course date will be refunded via a money order sent through registered Canada Postal mail.

2. Cancelations received within 9 days of the course date will not be refunded. We will make every effort we can to place you in another session however cannot guarantee if, or when, we will be successful. The credit will remain on our account for a period of six months after which the deposit will be forfeited.

3. In the case of option two The Healing Center reserves the right to return the deposit at any time during the six months period via money order sent through registered Canada Postal mail.
